We Can’t Wait to See You Again!
Dear RetroFit Family,
We are as anxious and excited as you are to be back in the gym reaching our fitness goals and sharing memories with our favorite people! We also believe communication is key during this time so we wanted to let you all know what we've been up to...
Once we do reopen, members shouldn't initially expect things to look the same as they did pre-coronavirus. RetroFit will have an increased number of cleaning supplies and sanitizing wipes around the gym. We will initially limit hourly use of the facility both on the personal training floor and in classes. We will limit the use of locker room areas to emergency use only.
RetroFit will place branded markers on the floor to indicate where members should stand in order to be six feet apart from one another. Cardio equipment will be spaced according to Government safety guidelines. RetroFit is also updating its code of courtesy to ask all staff, members, trainers and clients to agree to follow social distancing and wipe down machines before and after they are done using them.
In full disclosure, we're role-playing conversations that we never thought we'd have to have, so if you are on the receiving end of an ''I apologize for interrupting you, but you're not six feet apart from this person,' or those kinds of things, we ask you to be mindful of where this comment is coming from and our intention is only the best safety and experience for all our patrons.
Fitness does have an actual impact, not just on the physical look of a person, but on the actual wellbeing of a person and we will continue innovating and making changes to ensure everyone's best self is here for the long term.
