Kundalini Yoga is a school of yoga that is influenced by Shaktism and Tantra schools of Hinduism. It derives its name through a focus on awakening kundalini energy through regular practice of meditation, pranayama, chanting mantra and yoga asana. Called by practitioners "the yoga of awareness", it aims "to cultivate the creative spiritual potential of a human to uphold values, speak truth, and focus on the compassion and consciousness needed to serve and heal others.

Karambir shall focus his classes on specific cycles of the zodiac. His first cycle of teaching shall concentrate on intrepid Jupiter plunging into passionate, power-hungry Scorpio, the Zodiac’s sign of sex, emotional bonds, shared finances and wealth.

PILATES (mat class)

Pilates, named for its founder, Joseph Pilates improves flexibility, builds core strength and develops control and muscular endurance. It is a whole body exercise emphasizing proper alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. It has been proven to reduce chronic lower back pain and improve posture. Pilates' system allows for modifications so that anyone, at any age, from beginner to advanced may practice. Bridgette Campbell is a graduate of UCLA’s Fitness Instructor Program and a certified personal trainer with American College of Sports Medicine. She was formerly a dancer with New York City Ballet. Her 14 years of experience include personal training and group exercise; TRX, yoga and Pilates. Her clients range in age from teenagers to seniors and she carries special certifications in injury prevention and rehabilitation for tennis players, swimmers and dancers.
